He's a Bali barista turned entrepreneur, someone who's spent so long behind the espresso machine that coffee's practically a second language to him. After eight years working in Bali's busy café scene, he started experimenting at home, testing recipes, roasting his own beans, until he landed on something worth putting his name to: two signature cold brews, Black and White, built to capture the island's bold flavours and easy, laid-back charm.
