This project is about Route Strand, a London café where specialty coffee meets Mediterranean-inspired food, and the energy that runs through it day to day. We focused on the coffee being made, the fresh ingredients, the people and moments that shape the experience, craftsmanship and hospitality holding their own against the fast-moving rhythm of central London. A story of coffee, food, and the everyday.
